Alexander Eastman Foundation (AEF)
Grants to New Hampshire nonprofit organizations and public agencies in eligible locations for projects that address high priority health issues including hunger, obesity, health care access, and mental health care access. Funding is intended to support special projects, capital expenses, and general operating expenses of qualifying organizations. Funded activities should primarily benefit Derry, Windham, Londonderry, Hampstead, Chester, and Sandown.
The Alexander Eastman Foundation's interests in the field of health care are comprehensive and extend to health care, mental health, dental care, developmental and rehabilitative services, health promotion, health education, disease, accident prevention, nutrition, continuing education of health professionals and applied or practical research.
In considering proposals, priority is given to funding activity which serves the Foundation's priority interests and to programs that focus on education, family systems, and access, as follows:
