Request a Grant Writer

Grants of up to $5,000 to New Hampshire nonprofit organizations in eligible locations for activities that enhance the local community. Funding is intended to support programs and projects initiated by organizations that focus on meeting the needs of citizens residing in the city of Nashua.

The Rotary Club of Nashua is dedicated to making the Nashua Community a better place. The Community Grants Program is administered by the volunteer members of the Club to benefit the non-profit community.

Estimated Size of Grant:

The awards granted will be in the range of $1,500 - $5,000. Therefore, the Nashua Community Program/Project must be in that range.

Term of Contract:

The Rotary Club of Nashua does not honor requests for on-going multi-year funding.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Community grants will be awarded to non-profits serving the Nashua Community.

Although any non-profit may apply, preference is given to those non-profits who impact the greatest number of Nashua citizens.

Applicants to the Rotary Club of Nashua Community Grants Program must meet the following eligibility criteria:

- Non-profit must be focused on serving the needs of the Nashua Community and its citizens.
- The Nashua Community Program/Project must be in the range of $1,500 - $5,000.
- All applications must be complete and include the required financials.
- Willing to participate in an interview.

Requests for general agency operating funding will be considered a low priority.

Pre-Application Information:

The deadline for applications for funds is Monday, May 25, 2020.

Award recipients will be notified in May and will be invited to attend a Rotary luncheon meeting on June 22, 2020 to accept the grant award.
